There are a lot of struggles that a women athlete faces during her journey from being a novice player to a professional player. Whether it is gender inequity, sexual harassment, inadequate resources or the fear of homophobia, every girl struggles to keep a balance between her routine life and her need to take sports as a career.
Mental stability is very much important as it boosts the ability of any individual to perform consistently and succeed, irrespective of the circumstances, which are more or less challenging and competitive. Therefore, mental toughness is very efficient for all players. As for women athletes, practicing mental stability can improve performance and consequently be helpful for a long duration.
In fact, most of the players who don’t practice mental stability give up their love for sports. It is more of a make it or break it scene, where you can’t define or decide anything as such.
