A girl body shape changes due to three reasons. It is always expected from her to maintain her figure.
Thighs are the important part of your body, carries weight of your full body & give hold you straight. Having strong thigh muscles help you in maintaining balance of your body & prevents you to fall.
Look: When you wear short dresses like swim suits, cut paints, it is visible & untrimmed thigh look bad.
Walking: When you walk & if your thigh is heavy it is difficult to walk much due to weight. There might possibility that both thighs rub on each other & you will get allergies.
So it is important you to maintain you thigh shape.
We are going to learn 3 thigh trimmer exercises without any machines. You can do these exercise at home.
1) Squat : we all know squats , to reduce weight on thigh we need to do wide squats. Stand keeping one feet square tile distance in your legs. Keep your hand straight in front. Try to sit down keeping your leg in same position until you reach knee height. Do it starting 15 wide squats gradually increase up to 30. (See Picture 1)
2) Sleeping posture exercise: (Picture 2): Lay down one side folding your hand, make it your pillow. Lift your upper leg up rotate it clock wise & anti clock wise (stretch in front, up, back & down full leg rotation). Start it with 7 rounds both side, gradually increase.
3) Leg Fold up standing : (Picture 3) : There are two ways to exercise your thigh, Bull back & tree pose. It increases balancing in your body.
Pullback : stand straight, fold you leg from back side, hold your feet by hand(Right feet right hand), pull leg back. Other than keep straight in front.
Tree pose : Fold your one leg sideways , keep it on other leg. Hold your both hand up in joint. Try to stand for 30sec gradually increase to 5 minutes.
