A good posture symbolises a confident personality. The most sad part of today's fast life is that the people have less time to take care of themselves. They sit for long hours in front of the computers in awkward positions not realising that this can hurt with bad postures and joint pains in the long run. However, these disappointments can be averted with the help of simple exercises which do not eat away more than 15-20 minutes of your precious time, most of these are based on stretching exercises. You can simply do them while you are sitting on chair.
The shoulder rotation in the clockwise and anticlockwise where the blades are made to contract and move up till the ears till they are pulled down in circular fashion. This can be done in a comfortable sitting position or in standing position where there is sufficient gaps between legs , hence not at all strenuous. Continuous inhaling and exhaling is the rule of any exercise. Side stretching exercises can be performed in the same standing position, in this stretch the body to the left and right by tilting your head in both directions one by one. Here, keep your left hand over your head when moving right side and vice versa. These exercises will bestow enough strength to the shoulders and reduce muscle tensions and improve your posture.
A routine dose of posture improving exercise can prevent any problems in future.
