Every person no matter of what age group has only one concern, how to lose weight and most importantly, how to lose the fat accumulated at the stomach. Many people do loads of exercises but don’t see the desired results and end up quitting. We give you some exercises which is bound to make you lose that fat.
Exercise #1: Side Plank- Traditional plank has 4 points to support your body which makes it easy for the core to stay stable but the Side plank is more challenging as you will be supporting your body with only two points of contact. This forces your core to grow which in turn helps burn the belly fat. To do the side plank, you need to lie down on your left side with your elbow beneath your shoulders and. Stack your legs and place your right hand on the hips. Brace your abs and lift your body until you balance it only on your forearms and feet. Hold it for 30-45 seconds or as long as possible and then repeat on the other side as well.
Exercise #2: Twist Crunches- This is similar to the traditional crunch but is slightly modified for better and advanced effect. In order to this crunch, you need to lie down on the floor with your hands behind your head like the traditional crunches. Bend your knee like the traditional crunches with your feet on the floor. Now, lift your right shoulder towards the left and your left shoulder towards the right by keeping your torso in contact with the ground. Repeat this for 10-15 times.
