Serious diseases like diabetes, heart attack, strokes and Alzheimer are increasingly becoming common among men and women over the age of 40. These men and women are generally overweight and are living a sedentary and unfit lifestyle.
Even if we want to start living a healthier lifestyle, we don’t know where to start and as a result we become a victim of the so called fitness experts that promise miracle results. What we need to know is that not everyone over the age of forty is same as everyone tends to have his own unique features, abilities, body type, fitness goals and lifestyle. Therefore we cannot expect results from a plan that is said to be helpful for everyone and we need to build our own plan that suits our individual needs and can give us the results we desire.
What we need to know is that there are many aspects of fitness right from the different forms of exercise to nutrition and lifestyle. So we need to address all these aspects if we want to protect ourselves from the risks of various diseases and live a fit and healthy life.So the bottom line is that we can’t expect result from a fitness plan that worked for someone else as the requirement and renewal time of every single body is different. Hence we require a fitness plan that is made specifically for the requirements of our body and if we incorporate this plan into our daily life only then can we expect our desired level of fitness.
