Exercise can seem like a very hectic task for beginners. Even though most of us know the advantages of exercise and how it can help us feel good about ourselves but still most of us don’t know where to start and as a result it can be a little overwhelming for us.

The next tip is to take it slow as you don’t need to put too much stress on your body too soon. You need to start steadily and increase the intensity with every passing day. Most people tend to think that their body can handle a lot of stress and as a result they end up doing themselves more harm than good. The best way to go is to start with only thirty percent or less of the amount of exercise you think your body can handle,and then slowly increase it over time.
You should also try and include a friend or a family member in your exercise routine as they can help you stay motivated and will not let you give up.
